I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream…for Ice Cream Muffins!

Here's an easy snack you can bring to your dance rehearsal!

At your dance rehearsals, treat your court to a special snack, like ice cream muffins! With two ingredients and three steps, this recipe – a favorite of celebrity chef Michael Parise – couldn’t be simpler. If only the waltz was this easy!

You need:
Your favorite ice cream
Self-rising flour

Step 1:
Mix ice cream in a large bowl till creamy, then gradually mix in the flour.

Step 2:
Grease a muffin tin and scoop your mixture into it.

Step 3:
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 18-20 minutes.

Optional: Add some flair by filling your muffins with M&Ms, chocolate, or nuts.

Yield: a dozen
