When MisQuinceMag.com launched in August 2007, we wanted to give you the best Website for planning your dream quinceañera. We also wanted to give you inspiration to make your lifelong dreams come true, which is why we made "Dream for 15" our motto. It’s about dreaming big for your 15th birthday, and even bigger for the next 15 years of your life.
We wanted quince girls everywhere to get the "Dream for 15" message, so we asked one of our role models, Selena Gomez, the singer-actress who stars in Disney Channel’s The Wizards of Waverly Place and Another Cinderella Story, to help us design a stylish T-shirt. She created this inspiring tee with butterflies inscribed with motivating words, like "Dream out loud," "Love always," and "Believe in yourself." It’s a great gift to give your damas — and you can wear your matching T-shirts during quince dance practice!
The T-shirts cost $15 each and you can buy them at palomitaclothing.com.
If you’re not familiar, Palomita Clothing is a company that makes fun shirts with Latin American brands (Boing! con fruta, Lulu, or Canita, anyone?). They agreed to produce the shirt as part of their special collection to support the Palomita Education Fund. This means 50 percent of proceeds from each "Dream for 15" shirt goes toward a scholarship fund that sends Latino high schoolers with financial need to college.
